Pivot shoe

Hello, the pivot shoe for one of my double hung Alside windows needs to be replaced. It appears to be broken and the pivot bar won't catch on it (when I raise the sash, the pivot shoe stays down. Thank you.

Sorry, forgot to mention in my post that I needed some help identifying which type of pivot shoe I need as a replacement and whether your company sells that part. Thanks.
