Pivot shoe 2900 series silverline

Thanks for writing in! This window balance can be replaced with the Series 795 Channel Balance. Since the length of the metal is 27", you'll need the S795-27.

Your photos do not show the attachment that should be on the balance. I'll need to know if the balances screw in at the top of the window or attach using a hook. If it is a hook, I'll need to see the shape of the hole it installs in.

Please also confirm the stamp/marking from the metal channel.

The shoe you have is the 15-195B 1-1/4" open cam shoe. This is sold separately from the balance but they are fairly easy to swap out with the shoe that comes assembled on the replacements. Take a look at the video tutorial below for reference.
