Missing balance attachments

I need two of these.  I have one window that is missing both.

Hello,

We can't say for sure without seeing the hardware removed from the window but it looks an awful lot like our 15-014 knife lock shoe that works with our S751 channel balance. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks for posting!
