I believe this is broken. I need replacement. There is not identification.

Roughly 1/2" thick, 2" high, 1 1/4" wide. I need a spiral balance for this as well with charging tool kit.

Hi there!

Your pivot shoe's dimensions appear to match our 15-046 but look this over and see what you think. This is compatible with the 5/8" diameter Series 600 spiral balance but I recommend comparing our specifications with yours to confirm. For the charging tool, see our 75-006 for tilt windows.
