Looking for a pivot shoe for my windows. I believe the top part of it cracked. The shoe is not not attached to anything. Please advise. Thank you.

Hello there!
I suspect the pivot shoe shown here is our 15-177 that's designed to use the Series 152 coil springs. Look this part over and let me know what you think.
