Thank you for reaching out to us. It looks like you have an older coil balance assembly. We don't sell your exact pivot shoe but take a look at our 15-199 which may work for you. I recommend you compare the dimensions to guarantee that it will fit in the same track.

Our pivot shoe is used with the 1/2" Series 160 and 3/8" Series 165 that has a "T" end that locks onto the pivot shoe, instead of a screw. You will also need to check the band of your coil spring for a weight code to confirm which option to pick.
