Pivot shoe

Hi,

I need to replace the pivot shoes shown in the attached photos, but need help identifying a replacement. The windows have no stickers left, but I see the letters "EPI" on the window latch.

There are several windows throughout my house, where the metal circular part in the middle has shattered.

Any help is much appreciated!

Thanks for writing in. It looks like you have an older style coil balance shoe that is no longer made, however, it can be replaced with our 15-177. Look over the dimensions to confirm that this is the right fit. I am confident it will work for you.

These are compatible with the Series 152 coils. To determine which coils are needed for your window, you'll need to look for any stamps/markings on the metal coil. This stamp indicates the spring strength. If are no stamps, you'll need to obtain the exact sash weight and divide it by the total number of coils in the window.
