Don't know which ones I need. Windows weighs 20lbs

Thanks for posting! Your exact shoe is no longer available. That said, it can be replaced with the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe, which uses the Series 152 Coil Balance.

Since your sash weighs 20lbs, I suggest using the S152-5. You can use the 33-072 screw to attach them to the shoe.
