Thanks for posting. This looks like a T-Lock Shoe, used with Series 795 Channel Balances. Does that metal cam have a back wall? Or can you see through the back of it? If it has a back wall, then see the 1-1/4" wide 15-195 Closed cam T-Lock Shoe. If it's open, see the 15-195B. Let me know if you have questions.
