Thanks for posting. This is a Simonton Coil Balance system that I am afraid is no longer made. The 15-192 Certainteed Shoe is very similar, but customers report it does not fit Simonton windows properly due to the alignment ridges on its face. If you sand them down you might be able to get the shoe to work, but we cannot promise that will be so.

We have a substitute for this setup. The 15-259 Pivot Shoe will fit the window; but you will need to replace the springs with the Series 159. The video below shows what to do.
