It's hard to say what will match. Can you tell me the width and the thickness of the pivot shoe? It would be best to remove it before you measure it for the most accuracy.

i CANNOT GET IT OUT COMPLETELY but I can measure it it is 1 1/4" wide, 2" high, and 1/2" deep. Looks similar to the 15-046 but the top where the balance attaches id different.

I think you have an older style pivot shoe. I agree that the 15-046 is the best match; the top is a little different, but it should still work with your balance. See our videos on how to replace this kind of hardware.
