ROW Vinyl Tilt window. No markings. I have included rough sketch with dimensions. Very similar to 15-195.

Hello! Yes, our 15-195 is similar and is in fact a newer version of yours, but I don't believe it will work on your balance. Your shoe appears to have a groove or indentation in the "stem," I assume to fit in a similar indentation in the balance. This is an old style balance and shoe that aren't made anymore, since the company that designed them have gone out of business. That said, our Series 795 can replace your balance system entirely.
