Pivot shoe

Question

I measure differently than what you have on your website I do not have spreaders to get it out and the cutout is to high in the window, I believe it is only 1/2" thick

This looks a lot like our 15-177. Is this what you were looking at? I would definitely recommend removing it to be sure your measurements are accurate. I'm not sure what you mean when you say that the cutout is too high, though. Why would that prevent you from removing your pivot shoe?
