Pivot shoe broken

This is the pivot shoe that has been broke for years it is from a double hung tilt window made by republic window any help in finding a replacement for it would be greatly appreciated the spiral balancer is 31 in long half in wide barrel red tip thank you

Here is a better picture of the shoe it unfortunately came apart so the extra piece at the bottom is a mystery currently thank you s

Measurement of the shoe is appr 2in length 1and 1/2 in
Width 1/2 in in depth

Based on your photos, it looks like you have our 15-046 pivot shoe. Carefully compare our measurements and dimensions with yours to be sure. Let me know what you think!

Hello, yes after remeasuring the pivot shoe your 15-046 pivot shoe should work nicely thank you for your reply I will order them
