Pivot shoe for 29" Series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balance

I am looking for the correct pivot shoe. It appears I ordered the wrong ones. I need the pivot shoe that corresponds with 29" Series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balance, Product Code: S600-29. I have attached a picture of the one I pulled out of the window.

Hi there, we have a good amount of similar options with your style and measurements, but the slot for your pivot bar is a bit different. Would you mind sending us a photo of the pivot bar, so we can get a better idea?

Thanks for the additional photos, Jason. However, still need to see a photo of your pivot bar. Look at the example below of a pivot bar, and use that as a reference when uploading photos of your pivot bar.

Thanks for the additional detailed images, Jason. I believe we can help you now. Starting with your pivot shoe, see our 15-046. Look over it measurement specifications to see they match up with yours. For your spiral balance, our S600-29 with a red tip may be a good fit. This will hold a sash weight of up to 29 pounds. Lastly, your pivot bar may be able to be replaced with our 26-395. Get back to us after you look everything over and see what you think.
