Pivot shoe for Patriot 1800 series window

Question

I need pivot shoes for a single hung Patriot Window series circa 1999. Enclosed are pictures from a good pivot shoe. It looks like the pivot shoe that fits the description is your 15-046 from other posts I've seen and it matches the dimensions on your web site. My concern is about the screw at the top that seems to hold the balance wire in place. Enclosed is my picture. It is a rather rush job because of the home closing on the 25th of January. I have someone with experience to replace.

This does appear to be our 15-046 Pivot Shoe. The screw is just a precaution, so the balance spiral won't accidentally come out. You can reuse the screw on the new pivot shoe if you desire.
