Pivot shoe for a Patriot 1600 model window

Hello. The patriot window is a 1600 model according to upper sticker in window. the bottom shoe that the spiral rod goes into is broken and can not use small screw to secure rod. do your records indicate the proper size shoe needed for the 1600?

I think they used our 15-046 pivot shoe, which is 1-1/4" wide and 1/2" thick, but I don't know for a fact. I'd like to see a picture of yours to confirm.
