We have a window that has broken pivot shoes and are looking to either buy replacement shoes or complete window jambs. We don't know the window manufacture.
Thanks, Bob

Thanks for writing in. This looks like the 15-104 Caradco Friction Shoe. Please compare and let me know if you have questions.

That looks to be it! Thank you!
Would you happen to know the window manufacturers that used this type of friction shoe? The house was built in the early 2000s and I'm curious of the manufacturer in case I need to locate a replacement jamb. Thanks again, Bob

The 15-104 is typically associated with Caradco, Hurd, and a few other manufacturers. However if you do need new jamb liners, your best off just contacting a millwork in your area. They should be able to replace them for you entirely.
