Pivot shoe for single hung tilt in window

Regrettably I have no way to identify the manufacturer of my windows. They were installed by the builder of my condo about 17 years ago. I need about 8 sets, probably with the counterbalances/slides.

Thanks for contacting SWISCO. It looks like you have our Series 795 Channel Balances. This comes with our 15-195 Shoe. Does this match your old parts? If you aren't sure, check an undamaged version of your balance to confirm.
