Pivot shoe for tilt out aluminum window

A home owner from Toronto, Ontario, Canada says:
Hi there,
While cleaning the window the pivot shoe cracked and the metal part broke off. Is it possible to replace it? It won't slide up and down with the upper window anymore, and that upper window now won't stay put unless the bottom one is locked.

It is possible to replace your pivot shoe, yes. See our 15-215. I believe this will work for you as a replacement, but review the information we have on its store page and let me know if you have any questions.
