Pivot Bar Match

I just replaced coil balances and covers on a few windows and discovered I had some broken pivot bars. I cannot match the bar I have with one of yours. It looks like 26-241, but the tip is shaped different and is only 3/8" wide and my tip is 9/16" wide. Then I compared 26-378 which looks like the correct shape and length, but the first hole spacing that is used to attached the bar to the sash is 1-3/16" while mine is 1-3/8". Please advise if you have a matching bar or if I can modify one to work.
