Pivot shoe on single hung tilt window

Question

The cam is busted so I need a replacement shoe.  I added a pic of the coil also as it screws into the shoe. I have an Alside window model 02a0.

Your balance shoe can be replaced with the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe. It is compatible with the Series 152 Coil Balance. The 33-072 attaches the coil to the shoe.

To determine the correct replacement for the coil spring, you'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the coil. If there isn't one or it is hard to read, take a look at the video tutorial below for instructions on selecting the correct weight option.
