Pivot shoe repair

I need to replace this pivot shoe. I think most of the pertinent details are in the photo: vinyl tracks, constant force, tilt sash. Unfortunately I don't have the dimensions available right now. Can you giude me to the right product line so I know what to order once I know the dimensions?

Thanks for posting. This looks like the 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 152 Coil Balance springs sold separately. Let me know if you have questions.
