Picture is balance shoe(?) in s customers windows. What is the balance? How does it change out not like the spiral and channel balances I've previously worked on

This looks like you could either have our Series 860 or the more modern Series 775. We have a guide for how to remove the Series 775, and it should apply to the Series 860 as well, if that's what you have. They both work under the same principle.
