Pivot shoe replacement

Question

I have 2 double hung windows that I  believe to have broken pivots. Hoping that you can identify and carry the replacement parts for my windows. Also attached is a phot of label attached to lower window sash thrives a build date of 2008.

Hello there. This is a Simonton coil balance system that is no longer made. Fortunately it can be replaced with the 15-259 Pivot Shoe and Series 159 Coil Balances. We have a video below that explains the conversion process. Check it out and let me know if you have any questions about the procedure.
