Pivot shoe replacement for Alside doube-hung window

Hi! I'm looking to replace a broken pivot shoe for the bottom sash in my Alside double-hung window. I would like to replace both left and right side. Pictures are enclosed. Pleas let me know the part number and price. Thank you

Hello there. This looks like a 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 152 Coil Balance springs sold separately. Let me know if you have further questions.

Thanks Bon. Will I need both is the shoe metal element is broken? Will the same parts work on both right and left sides? Thanks again.

If the metal cam is the only thing that is broken, then you just need a new pivot shoe (the 15-177). This shoe is nonhanded and works for both sides of the window. Let me know if you have further questions.
