Pivot shoe system

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your pivot shoe looks like a match for the 15-177. The S152 coil springs are sold separately and are designed to screw to the side of the pivot shoe with the 33-072 screw. You'll also have to check the old springs for weight codes. 

The pivot bar resembles the 26-030, but review the specifications and compare them with yours for a good fit.
