Pivot shoe, unkown manufacture.

Question

I'm trying to figure out the correct replacement for this shoe.  I have one that pretty much crumbled.  Trying to measure one that has not failed, it appears to be 2" high, 9/16 Deep and 1 1/4 wide.  Suggestions?

Hi there. A few options come to mind on a replacement shoe, but before we can make a definitive recommendation, we need to see the pivot shoe completely removed from the window. Once it is removed, we will need to see additional photos of it. We also ask that you remeasure the width, height, and thickness measurements of the shoe to confirm those are accurate.
