Pivot shoe with balance spring?

Advanced Window Corp double hung windows, pivot shoe with attached balance spring running up to a coiled receiver around mid-window. What part is this?

Thanks for reaching out to us. We may be able to help with this. Can you show us a photo of the pivot shoe removed from the window track? I'm afraid too much of it is obscured when installed.

See attached for picture of the shoe and springs, along with the bar removed from the sash.

Thank you! We don't sell this exact pivot shoe but take a look at the Series 140. I wonder if you could use this as a replacement. The 26-398 and 26-405 are the compatible pivot bars. Take a look at the specifications and see if at least one of the hole placements matches up.
