Pivot shoe and balance coil and cap

Hello all.
I have these 20 year windows that I need to fix some parts.
The coil has a patent# 5232208 and the shoe's is 5704165. The caps have disintegrated.
I need this help asap.

Hello! Your pivot shoe is a match for our 15-199, which is compatible with two different sized springs: the 1/2" thick Series 160 and the 3/8" thick Series 165. You'll have to measure your old spring to confirm the best match.

I have used Series 165. I worked perfectly. Thank you very much for the help.
