Pivot shoe and coil balance

Question

No markings on the pivot shoe but on the coil balance cover there is a number 10 I assume refers to 10lbs.

coil balance cover and pivot shoe are blocked from going up the jamb by an adjustment screw. How should I remove these parts so they can be correctly identified?

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your coil assembly reminds me of the Series 140 Quick-Tilt assembly. Since your housing is stamped with a 10, you can use the S140-10. To confirm that this is the right fit for you window, you'll need to compare them once you are able to get them removed.
