Pivot shoe, and pivot bar.

Question

Hey, looking for a little help. Not sure what part to go with for replacement. On the fence between the
15-118(9/16" w/blue cam)
Or
15-046(1/2" cream cam)
Measurements show little bigger than 1/2" and little smaller than 9/16".

Next question, are parts 26-399 and 26-400 the replacemnets for the upper sash pivot bar and housing as shown in pics?
