Pivot shoe and spiral balance

Looking for replacement pivot shoe and spiral balances for a double hung tilt window.

The pivot shoe appears to be 2.25" tall x 1.25" wide and the spiral balance is 30".

Any help finding parts ?

Hello!

This looks like a spiral balance for a tilt window. See either our S900 (3/8" diameter tube) or S600 (5/8" diameter tube). As for the pivot shoe, can you tell us the thickness? We carry a variety of pivot shoes and knowing that will help us narrow down some options.

Yes it's a double hung tilt window. Thickness is tough because I can't remove it without removing the window and it's cold here so I'd like to do the removal same day. I don't mind buying multiple sizes if I have to. My guess is the thickness is approximately 1/2"

The only 1/2" thick pivot shoe we carry with a similar style as yours is our 15-046. I can't guarantee that this is what you need without knowing the exact thickness but look it over and see what you think.
