Hello, thank you for posting,
The closest we carry to your original pivot shoe is the 15-177 that is compatible with the Series 152 coil springs. Please double check the measurements of your original as this style has a 1-1/4" width and 9/16" thickness. Please let us know if you have any additional questions!
