Pivot shoes I'm trying to replace

Attached are images of the pivot shoes I'm trying to replace for my spiral balance double hung windows.
The old pivot shoe fragment measures 1.25 inches across.
I'm not able to figure out what brand are my windows unfortunately.

Hey there. The only way to know for sure what pivot shoe this is to remove the old one, preferably an undamaged version, and measure the width and thickness. See what you get and we can proceed from there.

Ok I've been able to remove the old pivot shoe with jamb spreaders! Here are it's measurements along with photos:

2 inches tall
1.25 inches across
.5 inch front to back

The pivot shoe opening where the pivot bar goes into is just shy of a quarter inch.

Thanks! Your exact pivot shoe isn't made anymore, but we've had a lot of success by using our 15-046 as a substitute. The design is a little different but it works the same way and fits in the same space, so it's no issue. Look it over and let me know if you had any questions.

Thank you very much for the information! I wish I saw your reply earlier, I just drove a while to a supplier who had your pictured item in stock , but great to know if I need more in the future.
