Thank you for reaching out to us. This looks like our 15-180 pivot shoe. You don't have to replace the pivot bar if it's still in working order though. Take a look a the specifications and let us know if you have any questions.
We don't sell your particular pivot bar but the 26-040 is compatible with the 15-180 pivot shoe. Take a look at the specifications and see if one of the installation hole placements matches up with yours.
If you need a new coil balance support clip, see the 15-181. We also sell the 15-182 balance bushing. However, please note that the Series 190 coil springs are sold separately. If you need new ones, you will have to check for a stamped number on the spring that would indicate the weight. If there aren't any stamps, get back to us with the precise weight of the sash and we can calculate what you'd need from there. You can weigh the window sash on a bathroom scale if you have one.
Our parts don't include fasteners so if you need a new screw to connect the spring to the pivot shoe, see the 33-073.
