The thickness of your shoe appears to be 1/2", which would make it our 15-046. However it is admittedly a little tough to tell. You should triple check that dimension to be sure. If it differs, even by 1/32", then you might have something else.
It's also tough to tell the spiral balance diameter. It looks to be 9/16", which would make it the Series 600. There's also the 3/8" Series 900, though.
