Pivot shoes and coil balance

Hello,
I have a few windows that need new pivot shoes and balance coils. But I need to know which ones to get. Is there a video that show installation of coils? I ordered some pivot shoes 9/16? thick 15-129 which were too big. And pivot bars 26-241 which work great.

Yep, see the video at the end of this post. The balance featured here is a little different from yours but the principle of installation is the same.

As for your shoe, I'm not sure what it could be. You said our 9/16" shoe was too big, but not what size yours needs to be. If you can give me your dimensions I'll do my best to find something that will work.
