Pivot windows broken sash shoe

A home owner from Minnesota says:
I tilted my window out to clean it. The right side shoe broke, the metal part. You can see this in one of the photos. The other photo is the side that is working fine. Can you please tell us what part to order? We bought your product code item #15-215. But the one in our window looks like it has a little tiny screw on the side and the ones we ordered don't. Your help is appreciated.

I think our 15-175 is a better option for your old shoe. You may want to remove yours from the track ahead of time just to be 100% sure, though. We have detailed photos and dimensions on its store page that you can use as a reference.
