Pivot and shoe with coiled tape spring
Thanks for posting! The coil balance shoe you have is the 15-177. Carefully compare the specifications below to confirm that this is the replacement you need.
For the pivot bar I suggest reviewing and comparing the 26-226, 26-352, and 26-466, to start. They are not direct replacements but at least one of them should have an installation hole place that matches yours. Each of their dimensions can be viewed on the website.
It is used with the Series 152 Coil Balance, which is attached using the 33-072 screw. To determine the correct coil weight option for the replacement assemblies, you'll need to search for a stamp/marking on the coil spring. If there isn't one, please see the video tutorial below for review.
If you can reuse the cover, that would be suggested, as the one pictured here isn't made any longer. Should you need to replace them, you'll need the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and 15-145 Coil Support Barrel.
