A Swisco rep said my balances look like the series 751, but with a plain channel, not ribbed. But they're also held in with a screw not a hook. But the marking (33HD) resembles the markings on your ribbed option.
What do you suggest? I need 8 balances.

It definitely looks like your balance was custom made. You have a bit of a Frankenstein situation going on here. We should be able to help, but before we go further I'd like you to tell me the exact weight of the sash, down to the ounce. That will allow me to confirm the proper spring calibration. I'm thinking we'll use our Series 770 but with the 15-014 shoe attached to the cord instead of the little metal clip it usually comes with.
