Plastic hardware for window balance

I am in need of many of the components for the window balances including a few springs. Our needs are urgent as we have at least 45 windows in a nursing facility that have an issue with staying open due to these broken parts. Thank you

Hi David. We can help you replace these old block & tackle balances, but I need to see both the bottom attachments and the clip at the end of the cord that connects to the jamb track. Keep in mind that you should make sure these balances are uniform among all the windows you need to repair. From there, we should be able to identify substitutes for you. Many thanks.

The plastic rod is 27 3/16 long and the spring is 13 3/8" long measured from the hook ends. The cord is approximately 48" long

OK, thanks for sending these pictures. This is what I suspected: you have an old crossbow balance that we don't make anymore. However, you can replace this with our superior Series 795 Channel Balance. Watch the video below for more details.
