Plastic holder for coil springs

The plastic holder including shoe is in three pieces. The top piece is broke as seen in the photos. The two coils are in good shape and stamped D6. I need the coil plastic piece or pieces if in a set.

Thanks for posting. This looks like a Series 140 Coil balance system. If both individual springs are stamped '6', then you most likely need the S140-12 12 pound spring system. You can weigh the window sash to confirm this. See below.
