Hello there. This is an old Simonton pivot shoe that is no longer made. The Certainteed 15-192 shoe is very similar, but customers report it does not fit Simonton window tracks correctly. It's possible you could rub down the alignment nubs on the Certainteed shoe to get it to fit, but we've had mixed reports that this works. It depends on the window.
Because of this, we've devised a substitute solution. You can use the 15-259 Pivot Shoe as a substitute, but this will require you replacing the coil springs with the Series 159 springs. The video below explains. Let me know if you have questions.
