The most important hardware to see will be the coil balance pivot shoe. You'll also need to check the metal coils for any stamps/markings that may indicate the spring strength needed to support your sash weight.

Thanks for the photos. Your window pivot shoe appears to be part 15-199. Look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing shoe to confirm that this is the right fit.

This pivot shoe is compatible with either the Series 160 (1/2" width) or the Series 165 (3/8" width) coil balance springs. To determine which series you have, you'll need to confirm the width of your coils. Then you'll need to use your stamps/markings to select the spring strength needed for your window.

I understand. To determine the cover needed for your coils, I'll still need to know the type of coil balance spring you have. Unfortunately, I unable to confirm which cover you'd need using the photos and information provided.
