Plastic plate with single screw
I need a set for both sides of that window!!!
Thanks for posting! I am confident that we can supply you with the replacement coil balance assembly needed for your window. However, I'll need to see the assembly removed to determine the correct replacement.
The most important hardware to see will be the coil balance pivot shoe. You'll also need to check the metal coils for any stamps/markings that may indicate the spring strength needed to support your sash weight.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
I am sending pictures in reference to the plastic parts I requested above : the coil spring and the shoe for each side of the window!
Thanks for the photos. Your window pivot shoe appears to be part 15-199. Look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing shoe to confirm that this is the right fit.
This pivot shoe is compatible with either the Series 160 (1/2" width) or the Series 165 (3/8" width) coil balance springs. To determine which series you have, you'll need to confirm the width of your coils. Then you'll need to use your stamps/markings to select the spring strength needed for your window.
Let me know if you have any questions.
What I really need is the plastic rectangular piece that holds the coil inside the the sash below the upper window pane???
I don't have the parts , for my son in law had taken them and left behind the screw to hold the piece in place.
I need both the left and right side inside the sash!!
I understand. To determine the cover needed for your coils, I'll still need to know the type of coil balance spring you have. Unfortunately, I unable to confirm which cover you'd need using the photos and information provided.
Please let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.
