Plastic window part replacement

I think I am looking to replace just the plastic? This is the first time I am replacing a part such as this. I realize that the spring comes out and could be remounted back into another (whatever it is called) Could you direct me to the part I need, please, thank you!

What poundage should I choose? Does the 3R refer to lbs?

Yes, for this particular balance the stamp of "3R" corresponds to our S140-3. A pair of these balances working together can support a sash weight of 4 through 6.99 pounds.
