Hello! I'm pretty sure I have correctly identified the (very) broken channel balance from my window as a S380-21 2030, but I wanted to confirm before ordering.

The channel is labeled 2030G, so I'm sure that part is correct. It's the shoes that I want to be sure I have right. Both have wings on top/bottom, the bottom shoe is just slightly longer than an inch. If you can help me make sure I have the correct series that would be greatly appreciated!

At first glance, you part does resemble the S380-21. You just want to make sure the 'depth' measurement of your bottom balance shoe matches up with ours. If everything looks good, then you can go with the 2030 option that holds a sash weight of 12-15 pounds.
