could you tel me which part is this, including the coil.

Thanks for posting. Looks like you have a Series 140 Coil Balance system. The stamp 6R corresponds to our S140-6. A pair of the S140-6 will support a window sash weight of 11 through 12.99 lbs. If you are uncertain this is correct you can always measure the weight of your window sash to be safe. Let us know if you have any questions.
