Dear Experts: Please help me ID this window balance:
Used with Milgard big window.
Side loading,
Channel Length: 27"
Marking: 26DS (BSI) NK 36, BSI is small and sideways.
The top and bottom fittings are attached above.

Depending on the depth of the bottom shoe, this is S351-27 or S390-27. Measure as shown below to choose one. A 1" shoe is for the Series 351, and the 1-1/8" shoe fits on Series 390 balances. Then, you can weigh your window sash to choose a stamp option from this chart. If you have a weight above 39 pounds, we will need to customize the balance for you.
