Please find truth replacement parts

Question

If you can find the truth hardware or something that will work in its stead that would be sweet,  we also need the plastic facia façade cover not pictured,?.    because I lost it?.

Your hardware looks like it could be a match for our 39-253RB or 39-439B, depending on the guide that's used at the end of the arm. See the video below. For new covers, have a look at our 39-376 or 39-452.
